The Vinings Village has a unique cluster of historic buildings that have a retro residential look.  It is important to maintain architectural features that  are appropriate to and consistent with the Vinings Village.  Design guidelines are envisioned to be integrated with zoning regulations for better enforcement provisions. Furthermore, “streetscapes” and enhancements within the village are anticipated.

  • Create architectural guidelines for commercial buildings in Vinings as part of zoning overlay.

  • Designation of Woodland Brook Drive as a “Scenic Corridor”.
